    First, start by adding the cards you want to trade-in to cart from our buylist here and choose whether you want cash or credit.

  • 2. Pack and Ship

    Pack your cards safely and send them to the address below. A dedicated trade-in manager will be assigned to your order.

  • 3. Review

    Your account manager will review your order once it’s received to make sure everything is accurate.

  • 4. Payment

    After review, you’ll get store credit or a PayPal cash payment sent to the email on your order.

How do you determine market value of the card?

We base our pricing on recent market trends from trusted sources such as TCGPlayer, eBay sold listings, and other major platforms. We consider the average near mint value at the time your trade-in is reviewed to ensure a fair and accurate offer.

What is considered near mint vs. lightly played?

Near Mint: Looks almost pack fresh with sharp corners, clean surfaces, and only the smallest signs of wear.

Lightly Played: Still in good shape but shows some handling. You may notice light scratches, whitening on the edges, or minor scuffs.

Damaged: Heavy wear or major flaws such as creases, bends, water damage, or large areas of whitening.

What’s the safest way to send my cards?

For 1–2 cards, place each in a penny sleeve and top loader, then ship them in a standard A4 envelope. For 3 or more cards, use a small bubble mailer for added protection. Tracking is highly recommended for trade-in values over $20.

When will I receive my store credit or payout?

After we receive your cards, your store credit or payout will be issued within 3–5 business days of delivery if there are no issues with the order.

What if I send cards that weren’t approved?

If you send cards that weren’t approved in your trade-in offer, we will deduct the shipping cost from your trade-in order if you would like them sent back.

Can I decline the offer after submitting my cards?

You may decline the offer before shipping your cards. Once the cards have been shipped to us, the offer is considered final and cannot be reversed.

What happens if my cards arrive in worse condition than expected?

If your cards arrive in worse condition than described, we may adjust the trade-in value accordingly. We will review the changes with you before any store credit or cash is paid out.

Terms and Conditions

  • Store credits are non-refundable and non-transferable
  • Trade-in values are fixed at order submission; market changes will not adjust your payout
  • If we don’t receive your cards within 30 days of the order date, the trade-in may be cancelled
  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages during shipping to us
  • Supplies such as sleeves, toploaders, binders, and packaging will not be returned
  • If cards arrive in worse condition than submitted, payouts will be adjusted accordingly
  • No counterfeit or proxy cards. Sending fakes may result in a ban.
  • Trade-ins may take up to 3-5 business days to process once received
  • We reserve the right to decline any trade-in for any reason at our discretion
