DIGITAL PRODUCTS (POKETOBROKE)

All products sold on PokeToBroke are digital downloads. We do not sell or ship physical items. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable once the file has been delivered, downloaded, accessed, or made available to you.

When you complete a purchase, you may receive immediate access to downloadable files. Because digital files cannot be returned, we do not offer refunds, returns, cancellations, or exchanges for digital products except where required by applicable law or expressly stated in this Refund Policy.

You are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, file details, compatibility requirements, and checkout information before completing your purchase.

You are responsible for ensuring that your device, software, and environment are compatible with the digital products you purchase. We are not responsible for issues arising from incompatible systems, printers, devices, or software.

SUBSCRIPTIONS (POKETOGRADE)

PokeToGrade services are offered on a recurring subscription basis. Subscription payments are final and non-refundable once charged, except where required by applicable law.

If you cancel your subscription, your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current paid billing term. You will continue to have access to your subscription benefits until the end of that billing term, and you will not be charged again unless you reactivate or purchase another subscription.

We do not provide prorated refunds, credits, or partial refunds for partially used billing periods, unused scans, unused reports, inactive accounts, downgraded plans, missed cancellations, or failure to use the Services.

You are responsible for cancelling your subscription before your next renewal date if you do not wish to be charged for the next billing period.

Failure to use the Services, including not uploading scans, not generating reports, or not accessing your account, does not qualify for a refund or credit.

Temporary inability to access your account, including login issues, forgotten credentials, or technical interruptions, does not qualify for a refund where access can be reasonably restored.

FAILED PAYMENTS, DUPLICATE CHARGES, AND BILLING ISSUES

If you believe you were charged in error, charged more than once for the same purchase, or experienced a billing issue, please contact us at hello@poketobroke.com as soon as possible so we can review the issue.

If we confirm that a duplicate charge, payment error, or billing mistake occurred, we may issue a refund, credit, or correction at our discretion or as required by applicable law.

ISSUES WITH YOUR ORDER OR ACCESS

If you experience trouble downloading your files, receive corrupted or missing files, receive the wrong file, or have technical issues accessing your purchase or PokeToGrade subscription, please contact us at hello@poketobroke.com.

We will make reasonable efforts to resolve access, delivery, or technical issues so you receive the product or service you purchased in working condition.

Resolution may include re-sending files, replacing corrupted files, restoring access, correcting account issues, or providing other reasonable support at our discretion.

CHARGEBACKS AND DISPUTES

If you initiate a chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal without first contacting us to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and revoke access to any digital products or Services associated with the disputed transaction.

We reserve the right to dispute any chargeback that we believe is fraudulent, abusive, or inconsistent with this Refund Policy.

ABUSE AND MISUSE

We reserve the right to refuse refunds, credits, or support where we reasonably believe a request is fraudulent, abusive, made in bad faith, or intended to exploit our refund policies.

PROMOTIONS, DISCOUNTS, AND PRICE CHANGES

Promotional pricing, launch discounts, coupon codes, and special offers are valid only during the stated promotional period and may be modified or discontinued at any time.

We do not provide retroactive refunds, credits, or price adjustments if pricing, promotions, or subscription fees change after your purchase or renewal.

EUROPEAN UNION 14 DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD

For customers in the European Union, you may have a 14-day right of withdrawal for certain purchases. By completing your purchase, you expressly request immediate performance of the digital content or digital service and acknowledge that you may lose your statutory right of withdrawal once access begins, where permitted by applicable law.

LEGAL RIGHTS

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any refund, cancellation, chargeback, warranty, or consumer protection rights that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
